The cost for the local Gauntlet is $1000 dollars for the year, which includes the cost of books and snacks and coffee the morning of the meeting.
Applicants submit 5 poems that best represent the work they are currently writing, along with a brief statement of where they are in their career as a writer (i.e., just starting out, published a few poems, working on a second book), and a collection that helped shaped you as a writer.
Everyone who completes The Gauntlet will receive a Gauntlet challenge coin and be featured on the Workhorse Website.
